As a trans man myself, a non-binary man – pronouns: he/him/they/them – I am deeply committed to embracing diversity on many levels. Navigating the fluctuating boundaries of those aspects of life that felt so fixed before, like sex/gender, is one the challenges of working ethically as an integrative therapist in what are rapidly changing and traumatic times for many of us.
I am striving to navigate these boundaries to the best of my ability and to use my experience to help others navigate their own boats in the storm more confidently and more aware of where they’re going and how to get there.
